【摘要】 目的报告单疱病毒性角膜炎患者红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫功能的对比研究。方法对３２例复发性实质型单疱病毒性角膜炎患者同时进行红细胞和淋巴细胞免疫功能检测，并对照分析。结果红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率降低，而红细胞免疫复合物花环率升高；ＣＤ＋３花环率明显降低，ＣＤ＋４稍降低，ＣＤ＋８则显著升高，ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比率下降。与对照组比较，均有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论复发性实质型单疱病毒性角膜炎患者的红细胞和Ｔ淋巴细胞的免疫功能呈一致性下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo report comparative studies of the red blood cell mediated(RBC)immunity and the lymphocyte mediated immunity of patients with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods32 cases with HSK were observed and compared on the immune assays of RBC and lymphocytes.ResultsThe results indicated that the rosette rate of RBC C3b,CD3 + and CD4 + were decreased,the rosette rate of RBC Ic and CD8 were increased,and the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio was decreased.Moreover,there was a significant difference when compared with the control group( P < 0.01 ).ConclusionIt is suggested that both RBC and lymphocyte immunity are decreased in HSK.更多还原
