流动注射催化光度法测定地质样品中痕量锰
Flow Injection Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Manganese in Geological Samples
【摘要】 利用Mn2+对H2O2氧化水杨醛形成有色物质反应的催化,建立了流动注射_光度测定锰的方法。对于水样检出限为10μg/L,测定300μg/L的样品,相对标准偏差(n=20)为20%。方法的分析速度为60/h。该方法特别适应于低含量锰的地质样品分析。对于高含量锰的地质样品,可以通过8_羟基喹啉_氯仿萃取分离铁、铝后再进行测定。该方法具有简单、分析速度快的特点。
【Abstract】 A flow injection catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Mn based on its catalytic effect on oxidation of salicylaldehyde by hydrogen peroxide is described in this paper. The detection limit for Mn is 10 μg/L and the precision for a water sample containing 300 μg/L of Mn is 2.0% RSD( n =20). Up to 60 measurements per hour is provided by this method. The method is not only suitable for the determination of trace Mn in geological materials but also can be used in the determination of high amount of Mn after removal of interference elements of Fe and Al in geological materials by solvent extraction with 8_hydroxyquinoline and chloroform.
