【摘要】 介绍了用于包钢高速线材厂精轧机主传动中的负载换流同步电动机控制系统。该系统中同步电动机定子为双电枢,转子采用无刷励磁方式,两变频器交叉串联联结,控制系统的控制原则是使同步电动机的利用率最优。

【Abstract】 The Load-Commutated Inverter(LCI) fed synchronous motor control system which is applied to the main drive for high speed wire finishing mill of Baotou Iron and Steel Co is presented. The synchronous motor has two 3-phase stator windings and a rotor field winding which is excited by a separate asynchronous generator mounted on the same shaft of synchronous motor. Two converters are placed in cross series connection. The control principle of the system is to operate the synchronous motor in optimal utilization.
