【摘要】 对收治的１８例腰椎手术失败综合征（ＦＢＳＳ）病人经详细体格检查、Ｘ线及ＣＴ检查，有８例符合再次手术条件。１例病人因原术中神经根损伤，再次手术后恢复欠佳，其余７例病人均于术后有较大程度恢复。随访１～３年，平均２年零２个月，效果满意。同时就ＦＢＳＳ常见原因、手术价值、避免手术失败措施、手术适应证和注意事项作了较详细的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 ? out of 18 cases of FBSS were suitable for reoperation through careful physical check-up, X-ray and CT examinations. One case did not recovered well after secondary operation because of the injury of nerve root during original operation. Seven of the rest recovered to a great extent after re-operation. The cases were followed up for 1-3 years and the results were satisfactory. The common causes, value of operation, measures to avoid the failure of operation, operation indications and points for attention were also discussed. 更多还原
