【摘要】 对２１例不同程度的心力衰竭患者的血清磷、钙、镁、钾、钠、氯、血糖、尿素氮、肌酐等９项生化指标进行逐步回归分析，得出方程＾ｙ＝２．３４７８＋０．３７９９χ（４）（血钙）－１．１７１６χ（５）（血磷）＋０．００６３χ（８）（肌酐）－０．３６２９χ（９）（血糖），Ｐ＜０．０１。表明心衰程度与血磷、血糖呈负相关，而与血钙、肌酐呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nine biochemical indexes as serum sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium, chlorine, phosphorus, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and blood sugar from patients with different degrees of heart failure were analysed by stepwise regression and resulted in an equation as =2.3478+0.3799χ (4) (serum calcium)-1.1716χ (5) (serum phosphorus)+0.0063χ (8) (creatinine)-0.3629χ (9) (blood sugar), P<0.01. It indicated that the degrees of heart failure is negative correlative with serum phosphorus and blood sugar , but positive correlative with serum calcium and creatinine.更多还原
