【Abstract】 It is well - known that most sulfanilamides are used for the treatment infective or other diseases,whereas function of tetracarbon ring of squaric acid which has special structure and property has been proved by a large number of related studies. We have successfully introduced structural unit of some sulfanilamide into the tetracarbon ring. 14 new derivatives of sulfanilamide were obtained and their structures were determined. It is expected that combining structural unit of sulfanilamide with tetracarbon ring might lead to new bioactive compounds.更多还原
