【Abstract】 The chemistry of ascidians has become one of the most active fields of marine natural products. A great deal of compounds with unusaual structures and significant bioactivities have been isolated from various ascidians. This review describes the recent progress in the antitumor substances of ascidians according to structural classifications such as peptides, polycyclic aromatic alkaloids, aliphatic alkaloids, polysulfides, macrolides and terpenoids.更多还原
