【摘要】 测定102例单纯性肥胖症患儿和35名正常儿童血清中血糖（BS）、总胆固醇（Tch）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、胰岛素（Ins）、C肽（c－p）、三碘甲状腺原氨酸（T3）、皮质醇（Cor）、生长激素（HGH）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）和垂体泌乳素（PRl）水平。结果表明：血清TG、Cor、Ins增高，T3、HGH比正常儿童降低，血清T、E2、FSH、LH与对照组比较有显著意义（P＜0．01）。证实了小儿单纯性肥胖症存在的高胰岛素血症是肥胖的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum blood glucose and lipids as well as variaty of hormones in serum were determined in 102children with simple obesity and in 35 normal children as control. The results showed that the serum levels of TG、Cortisol、insulin in children with simple obesity were higher than normal Their T3、HGH were lower than those innormal children.
