【摘要】 涤棉烂花圆网印花工艺。是利用涤纶纤维与纤维素纤维对酸的不同反应,而进行的特殊印花。在印有花纹部分的棉纤维,其甙键不耐酸而水解去除,留下涤纶纤维,在织物上形成局部透明感,使花纹产生较强的立体感。选用浓度为4%~6%的硫酸及乳化糊、龙胶、白糊精拼混糊料,印浆稳定性好,烂花效果佳。本文详述了原糊制备、制网及印后烘干、焙烘、水洗的工艺及操作要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rotary screen burn-out printing for polyester/cotton blends is a special printing technique utilizing reaction difference to acid between polyester fibre and cellulose fibre. At the part of fabric printed with pattern, the gluco-sidic bond of cotton fibre is not resistance to acid and hydrolytic removed. As the result, the polyester fibre is remained, partial transparent and strong stereoscopic sence of the fabric can gained. Optimum concentration is 4%-5% sulphuric acid and mixed thickener with emulsion thickener and gum tragacanth and white dextrin. Better stability of printing paste and excellent effect of burn-out printing are available. To bulk production, the preparation of raw material, screen making, printing after drying, curing, washing process and operation are all given in this paper.更多还原
