【Abstract】 In this paper, the application of mono-sodium phosphate (NaH2PO4) to pure cotton fabric crease-resist finishing agent (SDP) with the super-low formaldehyde is studied. It is shown that an efficient tri-component catalyst is composed of mono-sodium phosphate, magnesium chloride and citric acid in pure cotton fabric SDP crease-resist finishing. The tri-component catalyst obviously improves the crease recovery, tensile strength, tear strength and reduces the yellowness index of pure cotton fabric. Moreover, the tri-component catalyst reduces the baking temperature in the finish processing yet.更多还原
