阿里安5的结构材料与工艺的新进展

【摘要】 阿里安5和当前正在使用的阿里安4相比,直径和贮箱容积以及推力都有了极大增加,还提高了可靠性要求。为此,欧洲国家的宇航工业部门对贮箱、增压气瓶、固体助推器壳段、级间裙部、支承结构件及阻尼装置等的结构材料与生产工艺进行了大量研究工作并已取得了重大进展。阿里安5的材料选择和生产工艺也比先前型号的更为规范化,贮箱材料由原来7020、15CDV6和URANUS3种改用为2219一种,并且在阿里安5计划中采用了预模压加热蠕变成形、旋压成形和树脂传递成形等新工艺,从而满足阿里安5对结构材料和生产工艺的要求。

【Abstract】 Ariane 5 has a much larger they-diameter, tank capacity and greater thrust power than Ariane 4. The reliability of Ariane 5 also must be improved. All these new requirements have forced the European aelnspace industrial departments to do a lot of research in structural materials and processing technology of propellant tank, pressurant tank, solid propellant hoster shell, interstage skirt section, support structure and damper ect. and achieved important success.Materials screening and manufacture proceeding of Ariane 5 is mole standard than former series. The tank material are changed from 7020, 15 CDV6 and URANUS to 2219. To meet the requirement of Ariane 5 for structural materials and processing technology, pre-die pussing heat creep forming, spinning shaping and resin transmitting forming are all used in Ariane 5 plane.
