鳞片石墨粒径和厚度的测定及误差分析
Determination of Graphite’s Diameter and Thickness and Their Error Analysis
【摘要】 采用光学显微镜及图象分析仪对不同产地、不同粒度的鳞片石墨的粒径和厚度进行了测定，并摸索出方便实用的制样方法，对测定的数据（主要是测定厚度的数据）进行了误差分析。
【Abstract】 With the help of microscope and automatic image analyzer,the diameter and thickness of graphites that are produced in different places and have different sizes are determined.The author presents convenient and practical methods that prepare samples and analyze the error of the determined data,particularly,the data of thickness.
