烧结厂抽风机循环冷却水的水质稳定研究

【摘要】 针对烧结厂抽风机循环冷却水的腐蚀、结垢问题,用稳定指数法、现场挂片监测及圬垢分析等手段对水质进行了分析评价,确定了处理配方,通过静态试验找出了配方中各药剂的最佳浓度配比,并用动态模拟试验进行了验证。

【Abstract】 For the corrosion and scale of the circulating cooling water from suction fan at the Sintering Plant of Wuhan Iron & Steel Co.,the water quality is evaluated by means of the stability index technique,the monitoring of slice hanging on the spot and the analysis of fouling composition.The dispensation for the treatment of the water has been suggested.The optimum concentration ratio has been determined through static experiment.The result has been tested by the dynamic simulated experiment.
