【摘要】 以提取可溶性蛋白质为目的，在温室盆栽条件下种植白肋烟Ｂ２１，探讨在烟草生长期内获取最大生物量和最高蛋白质含量的最佳时期。试验证明，在只收一次鲜叶的情况下，以在移栽后８～９周为宜；多次收叶，在江淮地区可收３茬，以移栽后第６周收第一茬，第９～１０周收第二茬，第１３～１４周收第三茬为最佳选择更多还原

【Abstract】 The seedlings of tobacco variety burley 21 were pot cultured in greenhouse for the extraction of soluble protein in order to find the proper harvest stages for get both higher fresh leaf biomass and higher solulle protein yield.The results showed that the appropriate time is at 8～9 weeks after transplantation when harvested only once.In Jiang-huai area,the fresh leaves of tobacco could be harvested three times during the whole growth period.The proper times are 6 weeks ,9～10 weeks and 13～14 weeks after transplantation.更多还原
