【Abstract】 The traditional preparation methods of thymus factors were improved and the content of proteins and biological activities of thymus factors made by the modified procedure were determined. The results indicated that the protein content(11.64g/L) in the thymus factors prepared by the new method was 3 times as much as that mady by the traditional method, and their biological activities were higher than before.更多还原
