【Abstract】 This paper reports the best condition of the phase transfer extraction of cytochrome C in AOT/n—octane:n—butyl alcohol (4:1,V/V)reverse micellar system.It is shown that the extraction is above 90% in the PH range 4 to 8 and ionic strength equal 0.5 in which cytochrome C is stable at room temperature.更多还原
