粉防己碱对鼠脑缺血的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:研究粉防己碱(Tet)对鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法:采用小鼠断颅和结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉并人工降压至6.7kPa复制急性脑缺血模型。结果:Tet(15mg·kg-1)可明显延长小鼠断颅后的喘息时间,能明显改善大鼠的脑电活动,可降低脑钙、水含量,降低脑静脉血中乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶含量。结论:提示Tet对脑缺血有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective\ To investigate protective effect of tetrandrine (Tet) on acute cerebral ischemia in mice and rats. Methods\ Acute incomplete cerebral ischemia was induced successfully by cutting heads in mice and bilateral common carotid arteries were ligated with blood pressure (MABP) reaching 6 7 kPa (hemorrhagic hypotension) in rats. Results\ Tet (15 mg·kg -1 ) significantly prolaged asthmatic time on cutting heads in mice, and improved the brain electrical activity and reduced content of Ca 2+ /water in rats. It reduced concentration of lactale dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine phasphokinase (CPK) release in venous blood. Conclusions\ The results indicate that Tet has the protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia injury.
