异氟醚和氟烷对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤保护作用对比研究

【摘要】 目的研究异氟醚和氟烷对大鼠缺血再灌注心肌收缩功能和ATP含量的影响。方法应用大鼠离体心脏Langendorf灌注模型研究1.5MAC的异氟醚和氟烷对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果缺血前1.5MAC的氟烷显著抑制了大鼠离体心肌收缩力无显著影响。两药均显著增加了冠脉流量(CF),但异氟醚增加CF的作用大于氟烷。缺血期间,氟烷和异氟醚显著抑制了心肌缺血性挛缩。再灌注期间,两药均显著促进了缺血心肌收缩功能、CF和ATP含量的恢复,但是异氟醚促进心肌收缩功能和ATP含量恢复的作用显著大于氟烷。结论异氟醚抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤作用优于氟烷。

【Abstract】 Objective To Study the effects of isoflurane and halothane on contractile function and ATP content of isolated ischemic and reperfused rat hearts.Methods The isolated Langendorff rat heart model was used to evaluate the protective effects of isoflurane and halothane on ischemia/reperfusion injury.Results MAC halothane significantly depressed the myocardial contraction before ischemia,but MAC isofurane did not.Both isofurane and halothane increased CF,the increase of CF induced by isoflurane was more than that by halothane.During ischemia period,isoflurane and halothane delayed the onset of ischemic contracture and decreased its amplitude.Both isoflurane and halothane significantly improved the recovery of contractile function,CF and ATP content at the end of reperfusion,but the recovery in isoflurane-treated hearts was better than in halothane-treated ones.Conclusion Isoflurane is more effective than halothane in protecting the rat heart against ischemia/reperfusion injury.
