【Abstract】 The toxic effect of eight kinds of detergent in root tip of Vicia faba has been studied.The result shows that the frequency of micronucleus is significantly increased in root tip cell of Vicia faba processed by six kinds of detergent in 0.1% concentration.But under 1% and 10% concentration for all the eight brands the root tip of Vicia faba turns into black and presents morphological change.更多还原
