【摘要】 作者应用斑点免疫试验（Dot－ELISA）检测了101份阴道分泌物的阴道毛滴虫，并与湿涂片镜检法及培养法进行比较，结果Dot－ELISA检测的阳性检出率13．9％，湿涂片镜检法为10．9％，培养法为11．9％。经X2检验，Dot－ELISA法与后两法的阳性检出率无显著性差异。以培养法检出的阳性作为阴道毛滴虫感染的标准。Det－ELISA的敏感性为91．7％，特异性为96.0％。Dot－ELISA不仅稳定、可靠，而且能够检测非新鲜标本，尤其适合普查防治中大批量标本的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Dot-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Dot-ELISA) was developed for the detection of Trichomonas vaginalis antigen and compared for sensitivity,specificity and positive retes with wetfilm examination and culture. Of the specimens form 101 women testeds, 14 (13. 9 % ) were positive for T vaginalis by Dot-ELISA, 11 (10. 9% ) by wet film, 12 (11- 9 % ) by culture.
