【摘要】 目的：综合评价126例法四术前的影像学诊断对手术的指导意义、资料与方法：1986年6月—1996年10月间均已行矫治术的126例法四，临床资料较完整，男79例，女47例，平均年龄10．3岁。术前均采用胸部X光平片，二维超声心动图，二维彩色多普勒和心血管造影进行综合影像学检查，所得结果与手术所见对照。结果：胸部X光平片，二维超声心动图，二维彩色多普勒及心血管造影对法四的病理特征的显示各有侧重，综合应用可起互相印证相互补充的作用。结论：对法四有必要进行综合性影像学检查；应高度重视法四合并冠状动脉畸形的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the instructive significance of the imaging diagnosis of Fallot’s tetralogy for operation. Materials and methods: One hundred twenty - six patients (male 97, female 47,age range 1 - 28years) were confirmed by corrective operation. Each of the patients underwent chest plain roentgenographs, two - dimensional echocardiography (2DE ), Color Doppler Flow Imaging (CDFI) and angiocardiography before surgical operation. Results:Each of these diagnostic methods has its strong points in demonstrating the pathological features of Fallot’s tetralogy. It is clear that the diagnosis of Fallot’s tetralogy could be verified and supple mented mutually through the comprehenslve utilization of chest plain roentgenographs, 2DE,CD FI and angiocardiography. Conclusion:It is necessary for the TOF to be examined with comprehensive utilization of the medical imaging equipments before surgical operation.
