【摘要】 采用问诊表、鼻腔检查和变应原皮肤试验，于1995年和1996年对南京医科大学863名医学生进行鼻变态反应患病率调查。结果显示：变应原皮论总阳性率43．8％，鼻变态反应患病率1．2％。作者结合文献进行了分析和讨论，认为有必要对变应原皮试阳性但未发生鼻变态反应者进行流行病学追踪观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 A prevalence survey of nasal allergy was carried out in 863 students in Nanjing Medical University in 1995 and 1996.The self -administered questionnarires were distributed among the students.The intranasal inspection was taken, and the skin scratch test was performed using five allergen extracts:house dust, mites (D.farinae),Japanese cedar,orchard grass and ragweed.The results revealed that the overall prevalence of allergen reactivity was 43. 8%,and the prevalence of nasal allergy was 1. 2%,according to our diagnostic criteris. A follow-up would be necessary for those hwold be necessary for those who showed sensitivity to some allergen(s) but no nasal allergy.更多还原
