【Abstract】 Forty-two patients with Perennial allergic rhinitis were treated by YAG laser coagulation of anterinr extremity of inferior turbinate mucosa and its corresponding anterior pars of nasal septal mucosa,whicb was in combinaton with oral Wenyang Huayin decoction. The results showed that marked effective rate was 45. 2% (19 cases), effective rate was 35. 7%(15 cases) with total effective rate being 81 %. Steady curative effects were obtained during six-month followup. This combined therapy has following advantages:short course of treatment, little suffering, convenient use, and dependable effects.更多还原
