【摘要】 报告以星状神经节封闭（SGB）和丹参治疗特发性突聋（突聋）患者共114例。其中SGB组34例（34耳）．丹参组42例（48耳）．SGB＋丹参组38例（42耳），并对其疗效进行比较，结果：SGB组有效率为58．8％，丹参组为58．3％；两组之间无差异（P＞0．05），SGB＋丹参组有效率达81．0％，与SGB和丹参两组相比有明显提高（P＜0．05），还进一步观察了三组患者起病至治疗时间（病程）和听力损失程度与疗效的关系，结果显示病程≤15天及听力损失程度≤90dB三组疗效无差异（P＞0．05），病程16～30天及听力损失＞90dBSGB＋丹参组的疗效与SGB和丹参组相比有明显提高。本文还讨论了三组疗法对耳鸣的治疗，结果SGB＋丹参组有效率为71．0％，SGB组为44．4％，丹参组为42．9％，提示SGB＋丹参组治疗耳鸣也比SGB和丹参二组有明显的效果（P＜0．05）。表明SGB＋丹参治疗突聋的疗效明显优于二者单独治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents the efficacy of stellate ganglion block (SGB) combining with salvia miltiorrhiza (SMI )on 114 cases the spontaneous sudden hearing loss (SSHL) were involved in this study. They were divided into three groups-SGB＋SMI(38pts.,42ears), SGB (34pts., 34ears) and SMI (42pts.,48ears).The result was in favour of the first group (81. %), while the other two groups got 58. 89% and 58.3% respectively. No difference could be found out from them if duration of illness shorter than 15 days and hearing 1oss less than 90 dB. Nevertheless. the first group had its preponderance over the other two should the duration longer than 16 days and hearing loss more than 90dB.As for the offect on diminution of tinnitus,the combination group was preferable. Its effective rate reached 71. 0% which was remarkbly higher than SGBgroup (44. 4% ) and SMI group (42. 9% ) respectively.更多还原
