三氯化磷催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯
THE SYNTHESIS OF ISOPROPYL CHLOROACETATE BY PHOSPHORUS TRICHLORIDE CATALYST
【摘要】 以三氯化磷为催化剂,氯乙酸和异而醇反应合成氯乙酸异雨酯,收率为89.5%,纯度为98%.该反应时间短,可以避免浓硫酸带来的腐蚀问题,反应的后处理简单.
【Abstract】 The synthesis of isopropyl chloroacetate from chloroacetic acid with isopropanol in the presence of phosphorus- trichloride was reported in this opaper. The influence of reaction condition on yield was studied. The reaction time is short. The yield is 89. 5% with 98% (GC) purity. This method can avoid the corrosive problem caused by the sulfuric acid and the after - treatment is simple.
