【摘要】 目的对人心肌组织进行形态学观察，确定人心肌间脂肪组织存在及形态特征，并探讨其与年龄变化等因素关系。方法对41例心脏标本分别从房、室壁，空间隔，冠状动脉开口处取材，HE染色光镜观察。结果41例心脏中14例心肌间有脂肪组织存在，≤30a与＞30a组脂肪组织积聚具有显著性差异；积聚呈层状、树技状、云彩状，主要积聚在心肌外层，深度平均为20％，1例超过50％；各年龄组间平均相对积聚深度无显著性差异；积聚深度与心外膜脂肪组织厚度无正相关关系。结论正常人心肌外层间有脂肪组织的存在，呈层状、树枝状、云彩状积聚；它与年龄变化有关，同时是慢性洒精中毒及循环障碍等多种因素所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe morphology of human myocardial tissues, and determine the existence of adipose tissues and the morphological features so as to explore the causes of their formation.Method The cardiac samples of 41 cases were taken respectively from the walls of the cardiac atrium and ventricle, interventricular septum and the opening of the coronary artery and observed under the optical microscope after H. E staning.Result In 41 cases of cardiac smples, 14 cases showed the existence of adipose tissues and significant difference in >30a group and <30a group,Stratiform, arborescent, cloudy accumulation and minly accumulated in the out layer of cardiac muscles, with an average depth of 20%, one case above 50%. There was different in the depht of accumultion among every age group. The correlation was no found between the depth of accumlation and thickness of adipose tissues of epicardium.Conclusion there is an existence of adipose lissues in the out layer of cardiac muscles in healthy persoms, having stratifrom, arborescent and cloudy accumulation, which ii resultend from the factors of the ageing, chronic alcoholism and the circulatory disturbance, ect.更多还原
