【摘要】 目的了解环甲膜周围毗邻关系，给环甲膜切开水等临床操作提供形态学依据。方法采用31树成尸标本，解剖观察环甲膜的血供及毗邻关系。测量有关数据并在标本上摹拟了环甲股切开术手术入路。结果环甲膜厚1．97mm，裸露于两环甲肌内侧缘之周的部分呈倒置的梯形或三角形。环甲膜前方有动、静脉越过；环甲膜上练中点距声带距为8．98mm;距喉上神经喉外支入环甲肌处左21．22mm，右19．80mm。结论环甲膜切开术直在甲状软骨下缘与环状软骨上缘之间前正中线上作切口，不易损伤软组织、喉软骨及声带等结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to know the adjoining rela-tions around cricothyroid membrane and provide mor-phological basis for intercricothyrotomy and so on in clinical pratice.Method’ Vascularity and relations to othare organs of cricothyroid membrane were observed on thirty-one corpses, and accordingly relevant data was measured and imitate the intercricothyrotomy on the corpses.Result Cricothyroid membrane made up of longitudinal elastic fibers, 1. 97 mm in thicknes, shows inverted trapezoid or invertal triange between medial marins of cricothyroid muscles. Thed are arteries and veins go to in the front of cricothyroid membrane .From the midpoint of superior margin of cricothyroid membrane the distance of vocal fold is vertically 8.89mm and that of the laterals branch of superior la-ryngeal nerve go into cricothyroid muscle which is 21.22mm left’ 19. 80mm right.Conclusion Intercricothpotom shouold be adopt-ed between the inferior thyroid cartilage and superior circled cartilage, and it not easily injures the cricothy-roid muscle, larynx cartilage, vocal fold and so on.更多还原
