分式布朗运动(FBM)分维模型对生物大分子构象机理的描述
Experiment on Noncoherent Spread Spectrum Processing Unit Using SAW 32 Tapped Delay Line
【摘要】 利用FBM分形模型以白内障为样本,进行了构象机理的研究.首先认为生物大分子—蛋白质凝聚运动的最好描述是FBM;其次,对由于蛋白质构象运动而产生的白内障的宏观性质进行了图象纹理分析;把白内障图象按不同的窗口大小和展开方式由二维数据展成一维数据,用极大似然估计MLE方法估算H值,进行白内障图象的区域分割和特征抽取.最后给出最佳窗口大小和展开方式为6×6和圆形方式,Hurst指数是描述白内障的定量参数
【Abstract】 The principle of spread spectrum communication(SSC) and the application of SAW tapped delay line direct sequence in SSC are decribed briefly.The experiment of noncoherent spread spectrum kprocessing unit using SAW 32 tapped delay line is introduced in detail.The processing unit uses m sequence SAW 32 tapped delay line as the phasecoded waveform generator and matched filter,and possesses bandwidth of 5 MHz and data rate of 156.25 kbit/S.For the demodulator,the output of the matched filter is envelope detected and determined by the amplitude so as to realise noncoherent demodulation of spread spectrum signals.The sys tme is characterized by its simplicity and fast synchronization.
