X射线荧光能谱稀土在线分析技术基础研究(Ⅰ)——元素间效应和校正用数学模型
Studies of On-Stream Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis Technology for Rare Earths——Interelement effects and mathematic models for calibration
【摘要】 从１５个稀土元素中选择了有代表性的４个元素Ｙ，Ｌａ，Ｓｍ，Ｇｄ组成试验样品。就Ｘ射线荧光能谱在线分析中存在的元素间吸收—增强效应，理论α系数和经验α系数，校正用数学模型，背景扣除，散射内标等进行了深入的研究。
【Abstract】 Y,La,Sm and Gd,as representatives,were chosen from the fifteen rare earth elements to make up various testing samples Studies were carried out in depth on absorption-enhancement effects among elements,theoretical and experimental alpha coefficients,calibration mathematic models,background removal and back scattering internal standards.
