萃取色层法提取5~6N高纯Tb4O7、Dy2O3、Yb2O3和Lu2O3
Preparation of High Pure Tb 4O 7、Dy 2O 3、Yb 2O 3 and Lu 2O 3 by the Extraction Chromatograph Method
【摘要】 采用萃淋树脂CL-P507为萃取色层的固定相,稀盐酸为淋洗剂,品位99%的稀土氧化物为原料,载量1%(镱、镥)和1.5%(铽、镝),在室温常压、常用流速的条件下,研究淋洗酸度对分离提纯的影响,对最难提纯的镥(镱镥间的分离)采取了独特的解决办法,确定了提取5~6N纯度的铽、镝、镱和镥的技术条件。
【Abstract】 The CL-P 507 resins containing HEH(EH)P,dilute HCl and the rare earth oxides of purity 99% are used as the fixed phase,eluants raw materials,respectively The main extracting coditions are as follows loading of rare earths 1.5% (Tb 4O 7、Dy 2O 3) and 1% (Yb 2O 3、Lu 2O 3),flow rates about 1 mL/cm 2·min and column ratios H/φ<20/1.Under the above mentioned conditions the effects of the acid concentration of the eluants on the extraction have been studied.A creative method for the most difficult extraction Lu 2O 3 have been given.The better technology conditions for extraction of 5~6N Tb 4O 7、Dy 2O 3、Yb 2O 3 and Lu 2O 3 have been determined.
