汽车排气控制稀土催化净化技术的研究

【摘要】 稀土催化剂是净化汽车尾气的关键材料,本研究以沸石为主,掺入一定量的拟薄水铝石制备载体,选择RMxM″1-xOy为活性组分,制备催化剂。测定了比表面积和强度,用XRD、扫描电镜对催化剂结构、活性组分元素分布,表观特性进行了研究。该催化剂是稀土复合氧化物,以RO2为骨架的固溶体,活性组分沿催化剂径向分布梯度小,活性组分分布均匀。通过台架试验、工况法试验和道路整车试验,对汽车排气有害物质CO、HC净化效果极其显著,同时对NOx有一定净化作用。

【Abstract】 RE catalyst is a kind of key material for purification of auto exhaust.This article relates to the preparation of the RE catalyst using mainly zeolite and appropriate preude-gamma alumina as catalytic support,and RE xM″ 1-x O y as active composition. The specific surface area and crushing strength of catalytic support and catalyst have been measured.The structure of the catalyst,the distribution of active composition and apparent characteristic have also been determined by XRD and scanning electron microscope .This kind of catalyst belongs to RE composite oxides which is a solid solution with RO 2 skeleton structure.The gradient distribution of active composition is along the radial direction is small.So,the distribution of active composition is uniform.Bench test and road test show that the removal effect of nocuous CO and HC from auto exhaust is very obvious.There was also definite purificatory function for toxic NO x.
