【摘要】 本文是网络计划模型中的时间不确定性研究的一部分.网络计划模型中具体活动时间的不确定性缘于三种不确定性(随机性、不知性、模糊性),仅仅考虑其随机性是不完全的.处理这种不确定性的基本问题是利用和描述管理人员的主观估计,即对这种客观不确定性的主观反映.而解决该问题的最好方法是使用模糊数学的概念和方法.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is a part of research on the uncertainty of activity duration in project planning by network models. The uncertainty of activity duration in project planning by net-work models originates from three kinds of uncertainty: probability, unknown, fuzziness. It is not enough to only consider probability. The basic problem is to describe and use the esti-mating of the managers. The better thought to solve the problem is to utilize the ideas of fuzzy sets and fuzzy systems.更多还原
