【摘要】 本文给出两水平算法的操作方法 ,指出用它作中长期预测的可行性 ,讨论了算法的收敛性

【Abstract】 In this article, the advantages of the two-level algorithm in intermediate-or Long-term predictions and its feasibility are shown and its convergence is studied.
