系统管理与三维结构
System Management and Three-Dimentional Structure
【摘要】 市场经济组织管理同德克萨斯学派《新管理方格》相对,应当是一种事实上的三维管理结构,因为组织是一个同外部环境发生联系的非封闭系统.组织管理不仅要重视内部的目标,同时还要探讨与开放系统相同构的方法.组织管理的方法,必须逾越封闭式内部结构的藩篱,以确保其同市场相关联的社会责任和效益方面行为的判定.本文所探索的“管理三维结构”正是从这种意义上扬弃了《新管理方格》.
【Abstract】 Opposite to "the New Managerial Grid" by the Texas school, organizations in market e-conomy have a three-dimentional (3D) structure in management, because an organization is an open system related to the outside world. It pays attention to not only its inner object, but also the ways similar in structure to an open system. The way of management must stride across the hedge of a closed inner structure in order to safeguard the judgement of social responsibilities and results related to the market. It is in this sense that the 3D management, put forward in this paper, sublates "the New Managerial Grid.
