【摘要】 将经过冠状动脉造影的冠心病(CHI))患者18例,对照11例,采用平板运动实验诱发急性心肌缺血,检测运动前后血浆纤溶指标。结果表明:阳性实验亚组运动前后Fg.PAI:A均显著高于相应的阴性实验亚组和对照组,而t-PA:Ag则相反;CHD患者运动实验阴性亚组运动前后PAI:A及Fg均高于对照组水平。本研究说明:CHD患者运动诱发心肌缺血同时纤溶活性改变。PAI:A显著升高,反应了血小板活化或心肌缺血,同时CHD患者本身纤溶系统存在严重缺陷。更多还原

【Abstract】 Treadmill exercise test was carried out on 18 patients with coronary heart disease evidenced by an-giography to induce acute myocardiac ischemia and on 11 control cases. Plasma fibrinolytic items were checked before and after exercise. The result show that the level of Fg, PAI: A in the positive testing subgroup was significantly higher than that in negative testing subgroup and the control group before and after the exercise test. But the changes of t- PA:Ag were just the opposite. The level of PAI:A and Fg in patients with CHD in the treadmill exercise test negative subgroup were all higher than that in control group pre - and aft - exercise. The result indicate that the treadmill exercise test may induce myocardiac ischemia and fibrinolytic changes in CHD Patients. An obvious increasement of PAI: A indicates the activation of platelets or myocaidiac ischemia. The result also indicate that 8 serious defect of fibrionolytic system may exist in the CHD patients themselves.更多还原
