【摘要】 为了寻求难以切除的十二指肠球部溃疡手术治疗的理想术式,笔者在改良BillrothI“幽门再造”式胃大部切除术实验研究的基础上应用于临床,为19例难以切除的十二指肠球部溃疡患者施行了该术式。结果表明该术式具有以下优点:(1)符合正常生理通道及十二指肠溃疡病治疗的理论依据;(2)再造“幽门”有较满意的节制排空及抗返流功能;(3)无输入袢症侯群及吻合口后间隙;(4)操作简便,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to search for an ideal surgical therapy for the duodenal bulb ulcer difficult to be resected, we applied the subtotal gastrectomy of Billroth I "reproduced pylorus" type to the clinical practice, based on the success of its experimental research, and operated on 19 patients with duodenal bulb ulcer. It has been showed in the clinical practice and the follow-up that this therapy has the following advantages: (1) it accords with normal physiological channel and the theory of the treatment for duodenel ulcer, (2)the reproduced "pylorus" has the satisfactory function of continence evacuation and anti-regurgitation, (3) there are no afferent intestinal loop syndrome and post-anastomotic-stoma space and, (4) it is easily operated, safe and reliable.更多还原
