【摘要】 本研究首次以葡聚糖Ｇ２００纯化东毕吸虫成虫抗原，用７５１分光光度计测各管的ＯＤ值，结果共出现四个洗脱峰，其中以第一峰峰值最高（ＯＤ２８０＝１．７５），蛋白浓度为１．３２９ｍｇ／ｍｌ。将纯化的抗原与东毕吸虫阳性血清、阴性血清采用ＩＨＡ的方法测定其抗原的特异性与敏感性。结果表明：纯化抗原（第一峰）在ＩＨＡ试验中具有特异性强（９３．３％）和敏感性高（阳性血清１∶１０２４稀释后仍出现凝集反应）的特点更多还原

【Abstract】 The adult antigen from orientobilharizia spp,was first purified by using sephadex G 200 in this study The OD value of each test tube was determined by using 751 spectrophotometer,and 4 different peaks were obtained The highest OD value (OD=1 75) occurred in the first peak and the protein concentration was 1 329mg/ml Using IHA,the speciality and sensitivity of the purified antigen were determined according to the reaction between the antigen and positive,negative sera to orentobilharizia spp The results showed that,the purified antigen(the first peak) had the characteristics of high speciality (93 3%) and sensitivity (agglutination reaction still occurred between the antigen and antibody after 1:1024 dilution of positive sera更多还原
