【摘要】 本文就近两年来本院63例扩张型心肌病(dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM)病例进行了分析.结果表明,近年来DCM发病率中老年患者所占比例明显增加,营养不良可能为DCM发病因素之一,老年DCM患者中合并肺部感染多见,多巴酚丁胺、多巴胺对DCM患者顽固性心衰疗效满意.此外,本文还提出了DCM与冠心病的鉴别诊断要点.更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-three patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) were included in this clinical analysis. Results: The proportion of elder patient of the total incidence of DCM increased considerably. Malnutrition was one possible pathogenic factor. The complication of pulmonary infection was popular in elder patients. Dobutamine and Dopamine had satisfying effects on the treatment of protracted heart failure in patients with DCM. In addition, the differentiation between coronary diseases and DCM was also been discussed.更多还原
