藻酸双酯钠协同酸性成纤维细胞生长因子促血管生成作用的研究

【摘要】 探讨藻酸双酯钠(PSS)在体内协同酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(aFGF)促缺血区微血管生成作用的可行性.结果表明,给药后第10天,髂动脉血管造影可见aFGF组及aFGF+PSS组血管密度较盐水组明显增加,PSS组血管密度未见明显增加;aFGF组及aFGF+PSS组肌组织间有大量均匀分布的微血管与盐水组比较差异显著(P<0.05).PSS组与盐水组比较无显著差异(P>0.05).aFGF+PSS组与aFGF组及PSS组均有显著差异(P<0.05).aFGF具有促缺血区微血管生成作用,PSS具有协同aFGF的促血管生成作用.

【Abstract】 To evaluate the potential possibility of polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) in en-hanceing neovascularization of acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF). Compared with group Ⅰ , high density of blood vessel was shown in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Im-munoperoxidase technique inspect also shown significantly high microvessel counts in group Ⅲ (24. 2 ±2. 5 per field, P<0. 05) and group Ⅳ (76 ±4. 2 per field, P< 0. 01), but no significant change was found in the group Ⅱ (14. 2±1. 0, P>0. 05). Significant change had also been found when compared the vessels count of group Ⅳ(aFGF and PSS) with that of group ⒊ (P<0. 05) , as well as that of group Ⅱ . Direct introartery application of aFGF can stimulate the proceeding of angiogenesis and PSS can enhance the proceeding of aFGF’s angiogenesis.
