【摘要】 目的：探讨结、直肠癌组织中的微量元素变化。方法；应用分析电镜对37例结、直肠癌，移行粘膜和正常粘膜组织中元素进行研究。结果；在结、直肠癌中磷元素和钾元素相对含量显著高于正常粘膜（P＜0．05）。结论：上述结果提示在结、直肠癌中除微量元素钙、铜、锌和锰含量降低以外，元素磷和钾含量增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To explore the alteration of trace elements of colorectal cancer tissues. Methed: Thirty-seven cases of colorectal cancer tissues, transitional mucosa adjacent to carcinoma and normal mucosa were exandned by analytic electron microscope. Resu1ts: The relative counts of elements P and K in cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in normal mucosa(P＜0. 05). The relative counts of element Ca was significantly lower (P＜0. 05).
