铸态马氏体高铬铸铁搅拌机衬板的研究
Research on Lining Board of Martensitic High Chromium Cast Iron at As-Cast in Mixer
【摘要】 利用正交试验方法,研究了钼、硼及铜合金元素对高铬铸铁铸态组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随钼及用含量增加,硬度升高,冲击韧性和抗奇强度降低;而钢对其性能影响不大。铸态马氏体高铬铸铁的耐磨性是镍硬铸铁的3倍以上。用铸态马氏体高铬铸铁制造的沥青混凝土搅拌机衬板耐磨性是低合金白口铸铁衬板的14倍多。
【Abstract】 篢he influence of molybdenum,boron and copper on the mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron at as-cast has been studied with the help of cross test method. It is showed that its hardness increases and its bending strength and impact toughness decreases with addition of molybdenum and boron, but copper has little influence on the mechanical properties. The abrasive resistance of as-cast martensitic high chromium cast iron is 3 times more than that of Ni-hard cast iron. The high chromium cast iron can be used for lining board in asphalt concrete mixer. The abrasive resistance of the lining board is 14 times higher than that of low alloy white cast iron.
