【Abstract】 Compositions of the Liver Lipids of 17 Common species of sharks and rays off south Fujian coastal waters were analyzed by means of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and silicic acid column chromatography.The results showed that all species investigated exhibited a similar liver lipid compositions with triacylglycerol as the major constituent, which represented about 90% of the total lipid in the liver of S. sorrakowah, whereas cholesteryl ester, free fatty acids, sterols and phospholipids were present only in traces in the liver oils of all samples.更多还原
