【摘要】 作者共收集7例．重点探讨了本病的命名、病因及临床X线诊断等问题．作者认为本病使用奥狄氏括约肌功能不全病名为妥。分析了本病的病因主要4个方面：①先天性发有异常；②医源性损伤；③胆石症、十二指肠憩室及胰腺炎等直接或间接性系及奥秋氏括约肌的功能；④神经体液调节障碍．临床X线表现具有一定的特征性．尤其是胆道积气及钡剂逆向充盈的树技状胆道系统是确诊的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Authors collected 7 cases and disscussed the definition. Causes and clinical X-ray diagnosis of the disease. It is suggested That it be better to use the term Insuficieucy of oddi’s sphincter The main causes are: ①congenital development abnormality. ②medical-causing injuries. ③gall bones duodenal diverticulum and pancreastitis would have innuence on the function of the sphincter directly and indirectly.④Disturbence of neural-hormorul regulation. There are some features in clinical and X-ray, especially in airfilling sign and retrograde barium tree-branch filling sign in bile duct are the evidences of diagnosis.更多还原
