肺癌支气管动脉灌注化疗合并放疗的疗效观察(与单纯放疗比较)

【摘要】 目的:探讨肺癌支气管动脉灌注化疗合并放疗与单纯放疗的效果比较。材料与方法;选取20例经活检病理证实的肺癌患者作支气管动脉藻注后,进行放疗,同时选取同样条件的病例行单纯放疗,以比较两者的近期疗效。结果:灌注合并放疗总有效率为95%,单纯放疗为70%,以统计学处理,两者有显著性差异。(x2=5.5,p<0.02)结论;肺癌支气管动脉灌注化疗合并放疗的效果较单纯放疗为优,并可减少肺损伤。

【Abstract】 Purpose:We observed curative effect between intra-arteria drug infusion combining with radiotherapy and pure radiotherapy to select optimum treatment. Meterials and Methods; 20 cases of lung cancer confirmed by pathological and cellular studies were conducted intra -arterial infusion of anti -cancer drug via the bronchial artery with seldingers, then radiotherapy of 40- 50GY 4 weeks later ;meanwhile the cases in the same condition were selected to be conducted pure radiotherapy. The radiation source in both groups were 60-Cobalt. Radiation field included principal foci and drainge area of mediastinum. The radiation dosages in the former group and the later group were 40- 50GY and 60 - 70GY respectively. Both groups, were conducted radiotherapy 5 times every week and DT 2GY each time. Results: Recently curative effect of the chemo-radiotherapy group was 95% and that of pure radiotherapy group was 70%. There was the very distinct difference between the two groups (P<0.001). Conclusion: Through comparing curative effect between the two groups, we concluded that curative effect of chemo-radiotherapy group was superior to that of pure radiotherapy and intra-arteria chemotherapeutics, because chemotherapy combining with radiotherapy can not only improve special cooperation, but also reduce radiation injury of lung.
