【Abstract】 The 3080X-Ray fluorescence spectrometer is upgraded with up-to-date technique. PDP-11/03 or SORD M243 computer can be replaced by 486 or 586 personal computer. Software of DF-35o(B) or l51A (B) can be replaced by software newly developed.
