【摘要】 峨嵋茶为四川峨嵋山生长的一种优质绿茶。本文采用小鼠微核试验、小鼠精子畸变试验、姊妹染色单体互换试验对峨嵋茶及其茶多酚的抗突变作用进行研究。结果：峨嵋菜水浸液浓度为１．２５％—２．５％时，对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核抑制率为４１％—４５％、小鼠精子畸变抑制率为７３．５％—８２．３％、每毫升培养液含峨嵋菜水浸液２０、２００ｍｇ、峨嵋茶茶多酚２、２０、２００ｍｇ时，对丝裂霉素Ｃ诱发人外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换抑制率分别为３７．５％—４９．５９％；３６．１２％—６９．８１％。表明：峨嵋茶及其茶多酚对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠骨髓微核出现率、小鼠精子畸变率、丝裂霉素Ｃ诱发人外周血淋巴细胞姊妹染色单体互换率均有较好抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emei tea is a kind of good quality green tea growing at Emei mountain In this paper we uesed the micronuclei analysis、sperm aberration test of mouse and SCE test of peripheral blood lymphocytes of human to sdudy the antimutagenesis of Emei tea and its green tea polyphenol (GTP), the results showed that when the concenration of water extractive of Emei tea was 125%-25%,the inhibitory rate on micronuclei and sperm abrration of mouse induced by CP was 41%-45%,735%-823%,respectively;when the concentration of water extractive of tea and its GTP in culture medium was 20、200mg/ml,and 2、20、200mg/ml,the inhibitory rate on SCE induced by MMC was 3753%-4959% and 3612%-6981% It is showed that Emei tea and GTP can inhibit the mutagenesis of CP and MMC efficiently更多还原
