【摘要】 本文对气单胞菌在熟肉制品、销售器具中的污染状况及其该菌的致病性进行了研究。共采集样品３０３件，经检测有１４４件检出气单胞菌，阳性率高达４７．２％，受试小白鼠致死率为５５．６％。检测５７株气单胞菌，能产生霍乱样肠毒素有６株占１１％，产生甲型溶血素有３６株占６３％，产生乙型溶血素的有４９株占８６％，有５０株能粘附人的“Ｏ”型血型。鉴于气单胞菌在熟肉制品中污染率之高和对人有致病能力，建议将气单胞菌列为常规致病菌检验项目之中。更多还原
