【摘要】 本文就肾茶对于正常小鼠有无免疫调节活性进行研究。结果表明：低、中剂量（５ｇ／ｋｇ、１０ｇ／ｋｇ）肾茶能够显著增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能，ＣｏｎＡ诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖反应及ＮＫ细胞活性，增加溶血空斑形成细胞（ＰＦＣ）数目。但高剂量（２０ｇ／ｋｇ）肾茶却无此作用。肾茶对脾脏指数、胸腺指数无影响。总之，适宜剂量的肾茶能够全面提高正常小鼠特异性及非特异性免疫功能，具有免疫调节活性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The immunologic regulation effect of clerodendranthus spicatus(CS) in mice was studied.The results showed that low and middle dosage(5g/kg,10g/kg) of CS could markly enhance the function of macrophages,proliferation response of splenocytes to ConA and NK activity;improved the number of PFC.But high dosage(20g/kg) of CS had such no effect.It also had no effect on splen index and thymus index.In summary,CS can enhance the specific and non-specific immunity of normal mice.Therefore,it could be an enhancer in immune regulation.更多还原
