微晶玻璃板基础成分对烧结及析晶性能的影响
The Effect of Basic Composition of Glass-Ceramic on Sintering and Crystallization
【摘要】 本文研究了碱金属及碱土金属以及氧化锌等对CaO—Al2O3—SiO2—R2O—ZnO微晶玻璃板烧结和析晶性能的影响及作用,以及烧结及析晶的规律。确定了烧结、析晶温度以及摊平温度。
【Abstract】 In the paper, the influcenceNa2O、 CaO、ZnO and BaO on sintering and crystallization of glass-ceramic in the system CaO-Al2O3-SiO2-R2O-ZnO has been studide.The relevant laws of sintering and crystallizatiopn process have been presented and analysed. The initial sintering temperture、 initial crystallization temperture and leveling temperture are determined.
