无机复合隔热材料外包排气管套的研制

【摘要】 本文采用无机隔热材料的低导热性进行了材料的复合研究,该种复合材料用于大功率柴油机排气管外包隔热套。结果表明:复合隔热层材料能够随钢管长时间的热胀冷缩变化不剥落,其导热系数在850℃时为0.064w/m·k,比复合材料中单一组分的导热系数低。抗拉强度、工作环境温度、隔热效果等均达到技术指标要求,能够满足大功率发动机排气管隔热及耐久性要求。

【Abstract】 Study on the low heat conductivity of inorganic composite insulating materials was made in this paper the composite materials can be used as the insulating buhings for the exhaust pipes of the high-powered diesel engines. The results have shown that the composite insulating materials can be subjected to the thermal expansion and cold shrinkage with the steel pipes for a long period without spallation. The heat conductivities of the materials are 0. 064w/m ?k at 850℃ , whith is lower than that of the composite materials with monocom-ponent. The tensil strength, working temperature and insulating effect are up to the technical index, and can meet the requirements of insulating property and durability of the exhaust pipes for the high-powered diesel engines.
